The Ministry of Immigration Team will return to Houston, Texas to facilitate the collection of Belizean passports and Nationality by Descent certificates for applicants who submitted applications during the February 202 Mobile Passport Hub

March 27th & 28th from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

March 29th from 9:00 AM – 12:00 Midday

Authorization for Document Collection

Applicants are strongly encouraged to collect their documents in person.

If an applicant is unable to attend, an authorized representative may collect the documents on their behalf. The authorized representative must present the following:

* A signed authorization letter from the applicant clearly stating the full name of the person authorized to collect the documents.

* A copy of a valid photo identification for the applicant.

* The original valid photo identification of the authorized representative.

Please ensure that the authorized representative’s name matches the name stated in the authorization letter.

Importance Notice – Collection of Documents for Minors

For applications submitted on behalf of minors, the parent or legal guardian who completed the application must be present in person to collect the documents.

Authorized representatives will not be permitted to collect passports or nationality certificates issued to minors.

This requirement is necessary to ensure the proper verification and secure release of documents.
