When do I pay the e-passport fee?
You pay fee when you lodge your application.
All fees are shown in Belize dollars

Expedite Service Fees
The Nationality and Passports Department offer an expedite service, the services is for a 24 hour. This services is only given at our Belmopan Headquarters office. The price below is in addition to the regular price stated above and a lost fee if applicable. For example, the 24 hours service for a child e-passport is BZ$150.00 (regular price) + BZ$300.00 (expedite service fee) = BZ$450.00

Medical Emergency e-Passport
A medical emergency passport is only issued at our Belmopan Headquarters Office and is approved on the discretion of the passport office. The passport application is processed within five (5) working days.
An emergency e-passport fee – BZ$100.00
Lost Passport Fees
A lost passport fee is applied to an application for a passport where previous passport is lost in addition to the fee listed above for a medical emergency, regular application or temporary passport.
A lost passport fee – BZ$200.00
Applying from overseas
Note that applying for a Belize e-Passport from overseas additional administrative fees (shipping and handling fees) are included in the passport fees.
A regular e-passport is proceed within 6-8 weeks from date of application.
