You do not pay any amnesty fees when applying for your amnesty.
Successful candidates will obtain Permanent Residence Status with a path to Citizenship in 5 years.
The completion of the initiative and issuance of the Permanent Residence Card is scheduled for January 2023. Permanent Residents cannot legally vote in a national Elections. Consequently, they will be ineligible to vote in the 2025 National Election.
Permanent Residents can legally vote in village council elections. The completion of the initiative and issuance of the Permanent Residence Card is scheduled for January 2023. Consequently, successful applicants will not be eligible to vote in the 2022 Village Council Election.
There will be 18 new offices that will open country wide for the acceptance of amnesty applications. Note that no application will be accepted at the current Immigration Offices.
